INDIVIDUAL GRADUATION PLAN (IGP) FOR INCOMING 9TH GRADE STUDENTS AND PARENTS
A quality individual graduation plan (IGP) i crucial for student’s success. Per BESE bulletin 741, students work with their school counselors to complete and IGP, school counselors, students and families, review, update and sign the IGP every year until the student graduates. Monday June 27 from 10 am to 5 pm andTuesday June 28 from 10 am to 2pm

LEAP 2025
Starting on Monday, April 25th GTHS will be taking its LEAP 2025 or the state’s standardized student assessment test. Results from LEAP 2025 are helpful to evaluate student knowledge and skills for their grade level, and they can be used along with report cards and other assessments to determine a student’s readiness to move on to the next level of study.
LITERARY RALLY 2022
On Saturday March 12th, GTHS went for the first time to the Literary Rally. This Rally provides opportunities for Louisiana students to achieve district- and state-level recognition for their academic and performance talents. Jo'Dejunae Craten went for Business Computer Applications and won 2nd place (district level), so qualifies now to go to the STATE FINALS on Saturday, April 9th in Baton Rouge. CONGRATULATIONS!!
